Pulled Pork

Our Pulled Pork is sold by the pound.  To prepare our Pulled Pork, we season pork shoulder roasts with our dry rub, then slowly smoke them over a hickory fire.  Once they are fall-apart tender, we shred the meat by hand.  Sure, it’s more work to do it our way, but good BBQ is worth the extra effort!
