Shipping Information

All Two Brothers BBQ orders are shipped in insulated packaging, with either dry ice or gel packs to keep the items cold.  Your meats and sides should arrive either frozen or refrigerator cold (40ºF or lower).  If your items are shipped with dry ice, don’t be alarmed if there is very little dry ice left when your package arrives, as it evaporates during the shipping process.  Once your order has arrived, you can either store the items in the freezer for up to 6 months, or place them in the refrigerator to finish thawing.  Please note that fully frozen products can take up to 2 days to thaw in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 7 days.  Reheating instructions can be found HERE.

Orders are typically shipped from our location via Fedex on Mondays and Tuesdays so that they will be delivered within the business week.  Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Tuesdays, or orders placed on Wednesdays through Sundays will ship out on the following Monday or Tuesday.

An estimated delivery day will be provided when you check out.  Most orders will arrive within 1 to 3 days after the shipment day.  Sometimes weather or other unforeseen circumstances can cause a shipment to be delayed.  Two Brothers BBQ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control.

We can only ship to street addresses in the continental United States.  We are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.  We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

It is very important that we have an accurate shipping address since our products are perishable.  When placing your order, please double-check to be sure your address is entered correctly.  In order to avoid delivery delays, Fedex will not require a signature on delivery.  If your order is a gift, please be sure that the recipient knows that they have a package arriving.
