Boneless Chicken Breast

Our Chicken Breast is sold by the pound and comes sliced for ease of preparation.  We rub the chicken with our unique chicken dry rub seasoning, then smoke it over a hickory fire.  It is tender, juicy, and flavorful.  (1 pound serves 2-4 people)
