Our Smoky Hill Sausage is sold by the pound and comes bias sliced for ease of preparation.  It is a juicy and flavorful sausage with hints of black pepper and garlic.  It is not spicy.  The Two Brothers’ father grew up on the banks of the Smoky Hill River in Central Kansas, and that’s where this sausage gets its name.  (1 pound serves 2-4 people)
