Our brisket is our most popular meat and is sold by the pound.  The cuts of brisket are trimmed, seasoned with our house dry rub spice blend, smoked over a hickory fire overnight, and sliced.  We offer two styles to choose from.  Our Lean Brisket comes from the portion of the brisket known as the flat and is trimmed of most fat.  Our Extra Moist Brisket is made from the portion of the brisket known as the point.  It has more fat marbled throughout the meat.  (1 pound serves 2-4 people)
