Turkey Breast

Our Turkey Breast is sold by the pound and comes sliced for ease of serving.  We smoke the turkey for several hours to give it a deep hickory flavor.  It’s perfect to enjoy by itself or for sandwiches.  (1 pound serves 2-4 people)
