Beef! This pack features all 3 of our preparations of beef brisket. There are 2 pounds of our Sliced Lean Brisket, which comes from the part of the brisket known as the flat. There are also 2 pounds of our Sliced Moist Brisket which is cut from the brisket point. Finally, there are 2 pounds of Chopped Brisket mixed with sauce, which is perfect for making BBQ sandwiches. The pack is named as a nod to the Kansas Flint Hills Tallgrass Prairie which lay just to our east and are some of the finest cattle grazing lands in the world.
