Our Smoked Brisket Chili is a longtime family recipe.  It’s sold by the quart, which is enough for two good meal-sized bowls of chili, or six to eight side order sized servings.  We simmer tomatoes, chopped smoked brisket, pinto beans, kidney beans, onions, and seasonings for several hours until it’s just right.  It’s smokey, chunky, and tasty! (crackers and hot sauce not included)
