Shipped BBQ Heating Instructions

Thaw all meats, sides, and BBQ sauces in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before heating and serving.

Side Dishes & Chopped Brisket in Sauce

Submerge thawed vacuum pouch in a pan of boiling water.  Heat for 9-11 minutes until the contents are hot (165°F).  Flip the pouch over once with tongs mid-way through the heating time. Remove the pouch from the water using the tongs.  Carefully cut the pouch open and pour the contents into a serving dish. Be careful, PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!  Enjoy!

Ribs

Preheat your oven to 400°F.  Remove the ribs from the vacuum-sealed plastic.  Stack half of the thawed rib slab on top of the other half and wrap them well with aluminum foil.  Place the ribs on a rimmed sheet pan and load them on the middle rack of your oven.  Heat for 40-50 minutes until the ribs are hot (165°F).  Be careful, PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!  Grab some napkins and enjoy!

Sliced and Pulled Meats

Preheat your oven to 400°F.  Remove the meat from the vacuum-sealed plastic.  Wrap the meat well with aluminum foil.  Place the meat on a rimmed sheet pan and load it on the middle rack of your oven.  Heat for 30-35 minutes until the meat is hot (165°F).  Be careful, PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!  Enjoy!

BBQ Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F.  Remove the wings from the vacuum-sealed plastic.  Wrap the wings well with aluminum foil.  Place the meat on a rimmed sheet pan and load it on the middle rack of your oven.  Heat for 30 minutes.  Unwrap the wings and place them on top of the foil.  Return them to the oven and heat for 7-9 minutes until the wings are hot (165°F) and the skin is crisped.  Be careful, PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!  Grab some napkins and enjoy!
